DeAnna Sheets
MA, LPC-S
DeAnna co-founded and owns Built on the Rock Counseling and Coaching Center, LLC. She is also a Co-Executive Director at the Arms Stretched Wide Foundation.
DeAnna began counseling in 2011 and she obtained her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. She served on staff at First Baptist Church in Canyon, TX from 2001-2024.
In addition to individual, marriage, and family counseling, her counseling specialties are working with Christian ministry leaders, missionaries, and those who have experienced trauma.
DeAnna is a marital affair recovery specialist, a Restoration Therapy Level I therapist, and she has her certificate of completion from EMDRIA in Basic EMDR. DeAnna is also a Life Recovery Coach.

Staci Byrd
LPC-Associate, Supervised by DeAnna Sheets LPC-S
Staci is a compassionate counselor who is passionate about caring for people and desiring to see people find peace, hope, and fulfillment. Staci's approach to counseling is rooted in compassion and client care.
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University, she pursued a Master's in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She then moved back to her Texas Panhandle roots and served as the Counseling Ministry Intern at a local church while obtaining her Professional Counseling License. Byrd Counseling and Wellness began in 2024.
Staci enjoys working with people from all walks of life and believes there is hope for everyone. She is a certified Level 1 Restoration Therapist. Throughout her time as a counselor she has worked with people through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and general dissatisfaction. Staci is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate in the state of Texas and is supervised by DeAnna Sheets, MA, LPC-S.
